I know that it is frustrating when you are excited about the addition of a new member to your family and you are looking for the right breeder - only to have your hopes crushed when the breeder does not return your emails or phone calls or they say they will get back to you but never do.  I know how frustrating this is because it has all happened to me as well.  This will not happen with us, guaranteed....  I Guarantee to respond to your questions and requests for information regardless of how you contact me (via email or telephone) within 24 hours.  All I ask is that you please speak clearly and slowly when leaving me a message so that I may better understand your message.  Sometimes various accents make numbers unrecognizable over voice mail.  While I apologize, it helps if you repeat your telephone number again.  If I do not return your call within 24 hours it is because I can't quite make out your message so please call me again or try email.  Thanks.  If I do not call you back it is because I could not understand your message, as I cannot hear very well, so please call again or try email...

    (480)840-3153 - I usually do not answer blocked numbers and often do not have the phone with me if I am outside.  Email is the best way to contact me and then I can call you when you are available.
