Breeder reserves the right to keep any puppy!!!!!  If you have questions please ask because many of these people have been on the waitlist for months, if not years!

The following pups are on the extended reserved list.  If these owners decide on a future pup, they will be at the top of the wait list!  1 male and 1 female reserved for The Oliver Family of Oklahoma * * 1 male pup for the Rapadas family of CA probably 2011!!!!!

Holding puppies:  We will hold the puppy of your choice until they are eight weeks old with a nonrefundable deposit of $250 and approved contract.  Total fee is $950.00 with restricted AKC papers plus shipping which is $325.00.  (Click here to get more info about flights!)  If you are an approved show home and/or breeder the fee for full registration is $1200.00.  When you reserve a pup, your place is held in line by the order of which you deposit funds have been received (received=clearing the bank).  We do not accept PayPal as their system continually gets hacked!  If you do not choose from the first available litter, your reserve status goes to the next litter; you will not lose your place.  Once we take a puppy off of our available page for you, your deposit is attached to that pup and is cannot later be transferred to a different puppy so be sure of your decision so that you do not lose your deposit; this is to be fair to other families searching for a puppy so that a puppy is not needlessly tied up while they are searching.

***We will give you a $50 discount if you can prove that you meet the following criteria in the US or Canada...***  Police Officer, Fire Department, EMT, Active, Reserve or Honorably Discharged Veteran of any of the Armed Forces, and Public School Teacher (or aid) for K-12.  This is a THANK YOU for a job well done while being extremely underpaid!!!

Step 1:  Click to begin the contract.  This does not guarantee that you will be able to receive one of our puppies as your paperwork must first be approved.  We reserve the right to choose the homes that our puppies go to so you are not guaranteed to be approved.  However, if you answer honestly and are willing to work with us regarding suggestions that we have for you, approval chances increase dramatically.  You may email the contract or forward a signed copy via regular mail.  If emailing the contract, please type your name and date in the signature area.

Step 2:  Sending the deposit...  You may use regular mail or overnight mail.  Your reserve is not active until the funds have been verified by my bank in whatever way that you sent them to me.  You can thank Phoenix's Roxeanne Beeker for using my discretion regarding not allowing personal checks!!!!  Sorry for the inconvenience, Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on ME!!!  First, let me say that non-refundable is standard when getting a puppy regarding whatever the deposit amount is!  You can ask many breeders and get all kinds of good reasons why the deposits will never be returned but here are the most valid for myself:  I invest a great deal of time in you as a puppy buyer, going over things with you for your puppy and sending daily pictures etc that the person after you will not receive on that puppy because I delete them daily due to them using up so much space on my hard drive.  You have tied that puppy up for however many days or weeks, when another perfect family may have missed the chance to get him/her.    Also, if you had simply reserved a waitlist position with a deposit, other families after your reserve may have gone elsewhere because the next position was too far down in their mind to get an appropriate puppy pick for their wants/desires, depending on their plans for the pup.  Another reason is that I take the pups to the vet around 7 weeks which is a large ordeal and also exposes them all to anything at the vets office while we are there.  I get any health certificates at that time and know whether or not to do this based on who has paid for the pup.  I incur many more fees in the event that I have to go back for more health certificates and that is only if my vet is available because he usually has a wait for appointments because he is so sought after.  Also, he is three cities away!  Lastly, and mostly, BECAUSE THE CONTRACT SAYS SO!  You know, when you send the contract and deposit that your pup must be paid for by 5 weeks for flights and 7 weeks for pickups with cash only, without exception!  If it isn't possible for you to gather the funds by that time then you shouldn't have placed a deposit on the pup in the first place so please be responsible!  Also, I write non-refundable on the PayPal request but more importantly have a contract so you will not be able to claim this deposit as a fraud activity on your credit card and if you try to, I will file a complaint for a false fraud claim - yes people have tried this - there are a lot of dishonest people out there, sadly the family that did this was an FBI agent in California of all careers!  The long and the short of it is it won't work so don't waste your time trying and getting yourself into trouble!

ALSO:  There are always exceptions to the exceptions (unless otherwise noted) for the right circumstances so just talk to me about your situation and be honest.
